1.A brief introduction to HLP2 series PLC digital panel meters

    HLP2 style can receive all data from PLC through only two PLC output ports. Any appointed data in PLC program for example the counter, the timer, data register etc will appear on the meter after the data are sent to the appointed buffer.

  With only two PLC output ports, the very complex data transmitted in double wires serially. In addition, only N+1 ports are needed when many meters are used together, which undeniably saves expensive PLC ports and is financially economic. To a user, simple connection method and easy programming is of great convenience.

  HLP2 digital panel meter has a very high refresh frequency, as high as to refresh a four bits binary code in 50ms, 20 times a second in another word. And the refresh frequency does not lower when many meter are used together.
   
  The series of HLP2 digital panel meter has three products in different size. Further more, we can make meter in particular size for the users' specific application.

2. General technical cirteria:

Input signal: receive encoded signal from PLC

Output ports: clock input port, SCK; data input port, SDA

Port electric current: 20 mA

Fit PLC: all kinds of PLC

Communication mode: two wires are needed when communicating with PLC and it is suitable to the output ports of PLC transistor.

Multi-meters parallel connection: only N+1 ports are needed when N watches are connected parallelly.

Transmission distance: less than or equal to 80 meters.

Input interface: a) "sink" transistor interface;  b) "source" transistor interface.

Drive mode: four bits digital display, two data input interfaces: SDK and SCK

The ports: two PLC data input ports, at most four extensive output ports

Extensional output: the extensive output ports are relay output.

The capacity of extensional ports: 3A, 250V AC; 3A, 30V DC

Refresh period: >=68ms, the period does not lower when many watches are connected together.

Number of digits: four LED digits.

Display range: 0~9999 as well as five extensive special symbols

Working environment: temperature -10C~50C; relative humility: 10-90% 

Working power source: DC24V+-20%

Power: <=6W

Structure: standard embedded style.
